Madagascar Vanilla Bean Martini
Ingredients
2.5 oz. Gin
0.5 oz. Dry Vermouth
Instructions
Split the Beyond Good Madagascar Vanilla Bean in half, lengthwise.
Scrape out the vanilla bean seeds into a cocktail mixing glass.
Add the gin and dry vermouth.
Add 4 cubes of ice and stir 20 times, until cold.
Strain into martini glass and garnish with Beyond Good Madagascar Vanilla Bean.
Notes
Gin can be substituted for vodka.
Cocktail can also be shaken. Simply add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, shake for 15-seconds and then strain into a martini glass.
