Vanilla Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup premium extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar

  • 3 teaspoons Beyond Good Madagascar Vanilla Extract

  • 3 tablespoons honey

  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest (or about 1 small lemon)

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, freshly cracked

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into an airtight glass jar with a lid.

  • Cover and shake well.

  • Store in the fridge until ready to use.

NOTE: If refrigerated for too long the oil will solidify.  In that case, allow the dressing to warm up to room temperature for about 30 minutes, then shake again when ready to use.
