Grilled Fruit Kabobs with Chocolate Sauce

Instructions

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for 20 minutes, to prevent them from burning while

  • grilling, or use metal ones. 

  • Preheat the grill to medium heat. 

  • Wash all the fruits and chop into large pieces and thread through skewers. 

  • Warm honey with orange juice and lightly brush your kabobs.

  • Place the kabobs on the grill and grill until the fruit gets some nice grill marks on each

  • side.

  • Remove to a serving plate and drizzle with chocolate sauce.

For the chocolate sauce:

  • Place chopped chocolate bar in a bowl.

  • Add heavy cream to a small saucepan and heat on low until the cream begins to

  • simmer. 

  • Pour hot heavy cream over the chocolate and whisk actively until fully combined into a

  • smooth and shiny mixture.

  • Use the warm sauce immediately, or rewarm it briefly when you need it.
